In regards to financials, our client are notably expanding and have more than doubled their turnover in the last few years, now turning over approximately £350m per annum. 

They currently have 3 live projects that include multi-phases and also another few further developments to start imminently.

Our client are seeking a progressive Buyer either at an Assistant level or an Intermediate level.

List of some relevant objectives of role:

• Managing the procurement process in relation to materials
  
• Management of material budgets
  
• Allocating materials
• Materials Scheduling
  
• Compiling monthly reports to commercial leaders
  
• Reporting into commercial leaders

Key Competencies & experience:

• Previous Housebuilding/ Developer experience as a Buyer
• Positive can do attitude, and team player
• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Basic Salary Negotiable – Between £40k and £55k depending upon experience.
