Our client are seeking an ambitious and experienced Materials Buyer with a proven track record working for an established Housebuilder. This is an enticing opportunity for someone ambitious who wishes to become a Senior Buyer within the next 2 years. The successful candidate will be based at the Milton Keynes office and work within a vibrant, positive and fun working culture.

List of some relevant objectives of role:

• Managing the procurement process in relation to materials
  
• Management of material budgets
  
• Material Scheduling and allocating materials
  
• Compilation of monthly reports
  
• Reporting into Senior Buyer
  

Key Competencies & experience (Specific words of the client):

• COINS experience preferable 
• Ambitious and wants to progress into Senior Buyer within the next 2 years
• Previous Housebuilding/ Developer experience as a Buyer
• Enthusiastic, Positive and Commercially Incline
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Salary and Benefits Package:

• Basic Salary Negotiable – Between £40k and £45k per annum 
• £4.5k – £5.25k Car Allowance/ Car
• Discretionary Annual Bonus
