Nasco Search do not believe in the concept of using job boards to generate candidates for your business. As its stands there are a significant number of job board associations being utilised by recruitment companies but here at Nasco Search strongly believe that this would harm your business growth rather than aid expansion. Unfortunately, this out of date, lethargic and common recruiting method is still very much in existence and is the reason for high turnover of staff in many companies today. All of our candidates are selected and shortlisted from a hidden talent pool whether that be through our existing contacts, database, referrals and direct headhunting. These are often high achievers and passive applicants. The Headhunting aspect is a traditional method which unlike Job boards, does allow a higher chance of success in generating the stronger talent network which tend to be extremely difficult for the majority of companies to access, particularly those relying on job boards. In general terms, a “passive candidate” tends to be an individual who is not out on the open market and in most cases they are relatively content and settled with their current company.
