Nasco Search are a progressive and forward thinking recruitment company working within the UK construction market, currently specialising in the niche sector of Commercial & Quantity Surveying. Our growth since inception has been an exciting journey thusfar, as the business now looks to embark upon hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant where the individual will be provided with an outstanding opportunity to launch their own desk on a chosen complimentary construction orientated sector.
What stands Nasco out from most conventional recruitment businesses is that we do not believe in the concept of greedy or aggressive KPI’s, and instead offer the opportunity for our staff to work flexibly in an environment which suits their personal needs. We are confident in offering a proven, talented, consultant genuine job security, and patience in being able to grow a profitable permanent/ temporary construction desk, with the onus very much being on leveraging client and candidate relationships and subsequently building your own market from a standing start, autonomously, yet with the unconditional guidance of the senior partners.
The successful applicant will benefit from a flexible approach to working, either locating themselves at our office in Woldingham, Surrey (CR3 post code), or alternatively, a work from home arrangement is also welcolmed if this is the desire of the individual.
